Being a member of our customer loyalty program „City & Friends“ your massage treatments at City Relax are worth even more now. You collect City Relax Points with each massage. These points can be exchanged for free massage treatments as soon as a certain number of points have been allocated.

That’s how it works:

• You define your customer name (e.g. your first name) and choose a 4 digit PIN (e.g. your date of birth).
• With these data you let us create your member card at your next visit at City Relax.
• This member card will be kept and administered by us in the studio for you, so you don’t have to carry around any telltale documents or cards with you.
• After identifying yourself by your customer name and PIN your card will be credited with City Relax Points after each massage.
• For each Euro you pay for a massage according to o ur price list, you receive one City Relay Point, so 1 Euro = 1 City Relax Point.
• When you have reached a balance of 1200 City Relax Points within one year, you can exchange these points into free massage treatments (Membership start date = start date for the “point collecting year”).
• For every 1200 City Relax Points you collect, you receive a free one hour Body-to-Body massage treatment.
